• Payment information - billing details processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your full card details on HEVN servers.
• Fitness data - activities, GPS routes, workouts, nutrition logs, training plans, and any data you choose to record in the app.
• Device and usage data - basic information about how you interact with the app to help us diagnose issues and improve performance.

We use your data only to operate and improve HEVN, specifically to:

• Provide and personalise the HEVN service, including activity tracking, AI nutrition logging, and training plans.
• Send you essential service notifications, training reminders, and product updates.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• Improve the security, reliability, and performance of the platform.

We rely on a small number of trusted partners to operate HEVN:

• Supabase - secure cloud database and authentication for storing your account and fitness data.
• Paddle - payment processing and subscription management.

These providers process your data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements and only for the purposes described in this policy.

HEVN does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your fitness data belongs to you. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

You have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct - update or correct inaccurate information.
• Delete - request that we erase your account and associated data.
• Export - receive your data in a portable format.
• Object - opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

HEVN uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will erase your personal and fitness data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, billing history).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification before they take effect.
